It will be difficult to go by Daniel's Den and not see the famous Danny sitting on the front porch. He was an icon with his pink flamingo's. I will miss him and his stories of just the old boy from the holler. His kind sense of humor has help me and others. He always listened with his heart. Thank God there is no more pain for him to endure. Yvonne and Ezell I loved you both dearly. Alice

Dear Mark and family, I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was a very sweet and kind man to my father, Phil Pappas and many other of my dads friends. He actually came to our house in August and gave my dad his last hair cut before his passing on August 13th. I know there are no words that will comfort you fully right now, but please know that he is loved and is not in pain any longer. God Bless You during this time and may God give you strength and wonderful memories! Mindy Pappas Noll

So sad to hear about Danny's passing. I was from the Williamson area and had cousins that went to Belfry High School. I remember Danny was alway proud to be a Pirate. The few times we chatted, we would always talk about the good people from the Mingo, Pike county areas. God Bless his mom and other family members during this time. One of the most kind and nice individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. Growing up with Dan in Coeburn hollow was a treat.
