I just heard of Doyle's passing. My prayers are with you. I have fond memories of the whole family at Zoar...Angie's high soprano in the choir and Doyle was always joking around. I hope you find comfort knowing he is in a better place.

Prayers & Love to the family. Doyle was a great guy. Very humble and pleasant to talk with. One fond memory I have of Doyle goes back a few years ago at church during VBS. We have a Penny March for Missions during VBS, with a competition between the girls and the boys to see who can raise the most money. Generally a lady in the church would represent the girls, and I would represent the boys. The loser representative would get a pie in the face on the final night of VBS. As pastor, it was obvious that I would get the pie in the face each year. One year Bro. Doyle came to me and said "Pastor, I want to give $50 for you so you won't get the pie this year"...I thanked him, but one of the ladies at church over heard him and his plan, and she put $100 in to make sure I got the pie in the eye. Much prayer for the Taylor Family.

My deepest sympathies to the Taylor family. I've got some fond memories of Doyle sitting out in the shade with his dad when we'd come up the creek fishing and turtle hunting. Never a cross word for anyone either. I know words can never ease the pain of your loss but I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers.
