Ms. Downey was born October 1, 1962 in Russell, Kentucky a daughter of the late Ralph and Shirley Stephenson Hill. She was baptized at First Baptist Church of Greenup. Left to cherish her memory are Her Fiancé Rob Snyder of Elkview, West Virginia 3 brothers Bob and Eula Hill of Greenup, Kentucky Steve and Mary Hill of Greenup, Kentucky Barry and Sue Hill of Greenup, Kentucky 1 sister Winnie and Greg Abdon of Greenup, Kentucky 1 niece Kayla and Rodney Gilvin of Lexington, Kentucky Three special people Keith, Holly, and Ann Reed Stone Funeral service will be at 11:00 am on Friday April 24, 2015 at Reed Funeral Home in Greenup, Kentucky. Burial will be in Brick Union Cemetery in Lloyd, Kentucky by Bro. Tim Wright. Visitation will be 6:00 - 9:00 pm on Thursday and one hour before the service on Friday. Condolences may be made at reedfuneralhome.us

To the family, I am very sorry for your loss. The Bible talks about future conditions here on the earth, and it’s comforting to see, that soon, death and sickness will be a thing of the past. Isaiah 33:24 says, “and no resident will say I am sick.” It also comforts us knowing that we have the hope of seeing our loved ones again. John 5:28,29 says that soon, “all those in the memorial tombs will hear his voice and come out.” What an incredible time that will be. Take comfort in these promises.
