Lucinda Kay (Brown) Bills, 62, of Huntington, went home to be with the Lord August 29, 2017, after a 16-year battle with cancer. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 pm Saturday, September 2, 2017 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Rev. James Gilkerson Burial will be in Gill Cemetery. She was born January 1, 1955 in Huntington, a daughter of the late Arthur Brown Sr. and Anna Mae Churchill Brown. She was a LPN for 24 years and had worked for Health South and St. Mary’s Home Health. She was preceded in death by her brother Arthur Brown Jr. She is survived by her husband John Harvey Bills, Jr; one daughter, Amy Nicole Bills and two sons, David Allen and Katie Bills and Matthew Aaron Bills, all of Huntington; one sister, Phyllis Chapman of Lesage; one grandson, Matthew Aaron Bills, Jr. and one granddaughter, Madison Sweany; and several nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 12-2 pm Saturday at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. The family would like to thank the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House for their kindness and care.
