Ralph “Gary” Miller
WHEELERSBURG-Ralph “Gary” Miller, 77, of Wheelersburg, passed away Friday, December 15, 2023 at University of Kentucky Medical Center, Lexington, KY. Gary was born December 7, 1946 in Sciotodale, Ohio to the late Harold Lloyd Miller and Doris Avelene Frazie Miller. Gary was a U.S. Army veteran serving during Vietnam war. He had an associate degree and was employed as a crane operator for Stein Materials. Gary was a member of Waits Missionary Baptist Church, and he was a youth T-Ball and Soccer coach. Gary was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Matthew Miller and a brother, Larry Miller. He is survived by his wife, Teresa Jenkins Miller, whom he married May 24, 1968 at Sciotodale Freewill Baptist Church. Gary is also survived by two sons, Michael Gary Miller (Lisa) and Timothy Miller (Cindy); two brothers, Bob Miller and Bryan Miller; two sisters, Patricia Kayser and Peggy Maggs; six grandchildren, Janie Slusher (Wayne), Brayden Miller, Kaitlyn Miller, Lacey Miller, Lauren Stewart and James Kelly and two great grandchildren, Jasper and Leah Stewart.
Services for Gary will be 1:30 pm Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at Harrison-Pyles Funeral Home in Wheelersburg with Pastor Brent Saxton officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday 11:00 am until the 1:30 pm service. Interment will be in Memorial Burial Park with Military Graveside Honors for Gary.
