Edna Marie Barker, 98, of Glenwood, W.Va., passed away on Friday, March 15, 2024. She was born May 5, 1925 in Glenwood, W.Va., a daughter to the late Jeremiah and Mattie Holley Edmonds. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Barker and by three brothers and eight sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Duffer and her husband, James; one grandson, Duane Duffer and wife, Kacy; two great-grandchildren, Cassidy Duffer and Dakota “Joe” Duffer; and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at Noon on Wednesday, March 20, 2024 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will follow in Pete Meadows Cemetery, Glenwood. Friends may visit from 11 a.m. to Noon on Wednesday.
