Lora Pyles Stein 40, of Proctorville, formerly of Biloxi, Mississippi, passed away Monday December 15, 2003 in Proctorville. Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 a.m. Thursday December 18, 2003 at Main Street Freewill Baptist Church Ironton, Ohio by Brother Paul Bartrum. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens Miller, Ohio. She was born April 16, 1963 in Huntington, WV to the late Raymond Pyles and to Elizabeth Fortner of South Point, Ohio. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband Jeff Stein; four children Bambi Battise of Gulfport and Martina Lincoln both of Gulfport, Mississippi, Ryan Pyles and Kody Pyles both of Biloxi, Mississippi; four brothers Jack Pyles of Penscacola, FL, Larry Pyles of Chesapeake, Ohio, Richard Armstrong of Huntington, WV, and Robert Fortner of Proctorville; one sister Virginia McMaster; five grandchildren Cierra Pyles, Destany Battise, Raven Battise, Glenn Battise III, and Jeffrey Caleb Stein. Visitation will be held from 10 to 11 a.m. Thursday December 18, 2003 at the church. Hall Funeral Home Proctorville, Ohio is in charge of arrangements.
