Paula Sue Vance, 74, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Monday, November 2, 2020 at home. She was born June 28, 1946 in Yancey, KY daughter of the late Jack Card and Pauline Card Vanover. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Vance; and two brothers Benjamin Card and James Card. She was a member of Hanging Rock Apostolic Church of God. She is survived by two brothers, Ray Card of Virginia and Bill Card of Florida; one sister Carol Card; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Thursday, November 2, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio by Elder Glen Jenkins. Entombment will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
