Karen Sue Chaffin, 65, of Portsmouth, Ohio passed away Tuesday, November 10, 2020 in The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. She was born October 7, 1955 in Ironton, Ohio daughter of the late Dorie and Lena Ash Johnson. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers, Donald Ray Ash, Freddie Johnson and Danny Ray Johnson; and one sister Barbara Jean Ash. She is survived by two sisters, Bonnie Johnson of Huntington, WV and Teresa Heffner of Chesapeake, Ohio; two nephews Matt Johnson and Brandon Heffner; one niece Samantha Heffner; and a special friend Diane Whaley.
