
Jerreal Dean Nance of Crown City, Ohio passed away on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at St. Mary’s Hospital. She was born on April 13, 1948 to the late Thurman and Welma Simpson. Jerreal was married to James Franklin Nance who preceded her in death on October 25, 2020. She was an amazing woman to all who knew her. She accepted everyone and treated them as family. She was very loving, never selfish and always put others first. She was a devout Christian and her main desire was to serve God. She has achieved her goal.

She is survived by her sons Shawn (Mindy) Nance, Jeff (Wendy) Nance, and Jeremy (Michelle) Nance; daughters Tara (James) Wolford, Lisa Nance and Lori Nance; grandsons Dustin (Maddie) Nance, Thomas (Molly) Nance, Garrett (Jala) Nancy, Jarrod Nance; granddaughters Cassie Nance, Taylor (Seth) Carpenter, Samantha (Jordan) Deel, Jayla (Josh) Henry, Robyn Nance, Mollee Maynard and Mikayla Toppins: two great grandchildren, her pride and joy, Knox Alexander Carpenter and Clara Ann Nance. Brothers Clovis Simpson, Collis Simpson, and David (Cindy) Simpson; sisters Wanda Johnson, Evelyn Lindsey, and Jackie (Ron) James. In addition to her parents and husband James, Jerreal was preceded in death by two brothers Bernard and Gordon Simpson; two sisters, Marie Harris and Ponice Croson. Graveside service will be held at Crown City Cemetery on Saturday November 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM, with pastor Randy Thompson officiating. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio is assisting the family with arrangements. Those in attendance are asked to follow the CDC guidelines of social distancing and are required to follow the Ohio mandate of wearing face masks.
