William Lloyd “Cowboy” Parker, 75, of Huntington, WV, passed away on Saturday, December 12, 2020 at home. He was born on February 24, 1945 in Lewes, Delaware. He was a proud U.S. Marine. Blood is not always family. He is survived by Fred Cornell III; special caregivers John Dunman, Dennis Roberts, Renae Kingen, Gina Robinson Gutierrez who the family thanks; special friends Sam and Randy Kingen; and the Cornell family.
