Donna D. Reynolds Meadows, 79, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on Tuesday, December 22, 2020 at home. She was born on December 9, 1941 in Medford, Oregon. She was preceded in death by her parents Horace Wilson and Maxine Wilson and husband Arvell Joe Meadows. She was a member of New Beginning Apostolic Church of Huntington, WV. She is survived by her three daughters Roxanna (Robert) Vaughn of Milton, WV, Julie (Charlie) Pletka of Proctorville, OH, and Toni (Bob) Ballard of Maple Valley, Washington; twelve grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; three sisters Delores Williamson of San Diego, CA, Rose Jacob of South Point, OH, and Candice Ottovich of Oregon; two brothers Robert Pacifico of Chesapeake, OH, Andy Pacifico of San Diego, CA; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, December 26, 2020 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Todd Mills officiating. Burial will follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, WV. Visitation will be held from 12:30 PM to 2 PM at the funeral home.
