Phillip A. Adkins, 55, of Scottown, Ohio, passed away Thursday January 7, 2021 at home. He was born January 18, 1965 in Virginia to the late Robert Phillip and June Tolliver Nichols Adkins. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a grandson Jeremiah Allan Walker. He is survived by his wife Marianne Loleta Fox Adkins; daughters Mary Elizabeth Woods, and Bridgett Nicole Adkins; two sons Noah Allan Adkins and Robert Daniel Adkins; two grandchildren Natalie Nicole Walker and Jeremy “JD” Devon Walker, Jr.; one sister Janet Nieves. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday January 13, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio. Visitation will be held one hour before the service at the funeral home.
