Charles Edward Boggs, 65, of Chesapeake, Ohio passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021 in The Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House, Huntington, WV. He was born in Gallipolis, Ohio son of the late Charles Thomas and Alice Belle Edwards Boggs. He is survived by his wife of 42 ½ years Brenda Hall Boggs; four children, Hollie (Herschel) Jeffrey of Chesapeake, Ohio, Stacy (Chris) Justice of North Carolina, Nicholas Boggs of Chesapeake, Ohio and Virginia Roufogalis of South Carolina; seven grandchildren; one great grandchild; two sisters Patricia Adkins and Charolette Smith; and several nieces and nephews. He was a retired maintenance supervisor for TTA. He was a member of Proctorville Masonic Lodge #550 F & AM. Private family services will be held.
