Susan Bonene Reese, 77 of Huntington, WV passed away Friday, February 5th 2021, at Huntington Health and Rehabilitation. She was born November, 6, 1943 in Portsmouth, VA. She was the eldest child of the late Elizabeth (Betty) Hood Bonene and William Louis Bonene. She was also preceded in death by her two sons, Matthew Reese and David Reese; one daughter Beth Dale; and her sister and brother Mary Lou Cline and Thomas Bonene. She is survived by one daughter Wendy Reese, and two sons Wayne Reese and Chris Reese, all of Huntington; 16 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren, who she loved dearly. Susan never knew a stranger, anyone who knew her knew she loved to talk and she would brighten anyone’s day with her wit and sense of humor. She was one in a million. She will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her. The family would like to thank the staff at SMMC, Corner Stone Hospital of Huntington, and CHH for taking such good care of our mom. The family will hold a private ceremony at a later date.
