Johnny Wayne Singer, 67, of Proctorville, OH, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, February 13, 2021 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born on March 13, 1953 in Huntington, WV to the late Billy Joe Singer and Evelyn Louise Ferris. He was also preceded in death by three brothers Everett Bradley, Bill Elkins, and Joey Singer; and one sister Kimberly Sue Shephard. He is survived by his wife of 45 years Bobbie Singer; three daughters Crystal (Zeb) Best, Misty (Bryan) Brammer, and Johnda (Michael) Rice; nine grandchildren Casey (Jalen), Maddi, Levi, Trenton, Rileigh, Lane, Westlyn, Cash, and Crew; one great granddaughter Rylan on the way; one sister Vicki Singer; three brothers Billy (Lori) Singer, Roger (Sandy) Thompson, and Butch (Karen) Singer; and several nieces and nephews. Private Family Services will be held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements.
