Richard L. Pauley Sr., 70, of Proctorville, OH, passed away on February 17, 2021 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. Richard was born on March 16, 1950. He was preceded in death by his parents Floyd and Lucille Pauley; wife Debra Pauley; two brothers James Pauley and William Pauley; and four sisters Virginia Bruce, Rosemary Dennison, Betty Gue, and Juanita Smoot. He is survived by one daughter Shannon White of Proctorville, OH; two sons Richard (Stephanie) Pauley Jr. of Proctorville, OH and Robert (Tracie) Pauley of South Point, OH; five grandsons Evan, Jesse, Xander, Sean, and Conner; three granddaughters Hannah, Alyssa, and Katie; and many nieces, nephews, family, church family, and friends. Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021 at 2 PM at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, with Pastor Todd Mills officiating. Burial will follow the service at Highland Memorial Gardens of South Point, OH, where he will be laid to rest next to his wife.
