Mary Virginia Hodge, 78, of Scottsville, KY formerly of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021 in The Medical Center at Bowling Green, Bowling Green, Ky. She was born February 8, 1943 in Huntington, WV daughter of the late Birties and Sylvia Black. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Henry Hodge, Sr; her daughter Lydia Hodge-Miles; her son Robert Henry Hodge, Jr; and two siblings Alannia Faye Cooper and Aaron “Bob” Black. She is survived by two children Alberta (Rick) Walters and son John Henry Hodge; four grandchildren Mary Miles, Jackee Walters, John Jason Hodge and Robert Hodge; several great grandchildren; five siblings Hobert Black, Al Black, Jack Black, Betty Smith and Sylvia Maynard; and many special nieces and nephews. She was a retired social worker from Southwestern Community Action. Per her request no services will be held.
