Thomas A. Dailey, 76, of Miller, Ohio past from this world to his eternal Home on Friday, March 12, 2021 in St. Mary’s Medical Center, Huntington, WV. He was born July 29, 1944 in Parkersburg, WV son of the late Nellie and Alfred Dailey. He was also preceded in death by a son Tommy Joe Dailey; a brother Robert Dailey; and a sister Luella Haught. He is survived by his daughter Cindy Sue Dailey; siblings Joan Carder, Gary David Dailey, Marjorie Mace and Charles Dailey. Tom was a proud Marine that served in Vietnam and was a retired meat cutter from Kroger after 48 years of service. He could be contrary at times but had a heart of gold. Tom and his daughter Cindy were two peas in a pod and he loved her above all else. Tom was a good friend and neighbor to so many. He will be sadly missed. Funeral service will be conducted 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Brady Lipscomb officiating. Burial will follow in Miller Memorial Gardens. Proctorville V.F.W. Post 6878 will conduct military graveside rites. Visitation will be held 1-2 p.m. Wednesday, March 17, 2021 also at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to V.F.W.
