My wife Janet and I send our sincere condolence to the entire Kessick family. I had the privelage of knowing Jim for the past 46 years and serving as his asst. pastor at Walnut Hills and at Abundant Life Baptist Church, Jim loved people and was concerned as to the needs of his congergation, wanting to help any way he could, from the first time i met him he was a soul winner at heart, in the early days he and my brother Lester and I worked a bus route in Ceredo and Kenova, Bro Jim will be greatly missed and he knew he would not always be here on this earth and to the best of his ability he tried to structure a group of people that would carry on the work when he was no longer present. Thank you for your service Pastor Jim, we love you and will remember you always. Prayers for the family.
