
Clifton Rowe, 72 of Ironton, Ohio, went to be with his savior Friday, April 16, 2021. The Ironton, Ohio native was born July 14, 1948 a son of the late Harley and Margaret Rowe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by grandparents: Orvil and Laura Cosner; his brother Ronnie Rowe; mother and father- in- law Earl and Irene Mullins; sister- in- law Marilyn Moore. Cliff had a love for the outdoors, he spent a lot of his time hunting deer and ginseng. Known for his 1990 Outrageous Megabuck and winner of the Ohio Big Buck Contest, Cliff has always had his story to tell. He made North American Whitetail Magazine which was something he was very proud of. Cliff was a very humble man with an amazing love for his family. He was often seen at the local flea market looking to find a good deal on a knife or picking up rare coins to add to his great grandchildren’s collection. He is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Patty Ann Rowe; one daughter: Melissa (Larry) Webb; one granddaughter Cynthia Lee Ann “Cricket” (Zachary) Marcum; two great grandchildren Dean and Demi Marcum; three brothers David Lee Rowe, Harley Rowe, Jimmy Rowe; three sisters Yvonne Hall, Lillian Harmon, Becky Goin; three half-sisters Clara Childers, Carla Childers, Tracy Rowe; brothers and sisters- in-law Brenda Sizemore, Mike (Sandy) Mullins, Pam Meyers, Randy Mullins; two special family caregivers Matthew Mullins, Paul Moore; and a host of very special nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Larry Webb, Zachary Marcum, Matthew Mullins, Paul Moore, David Rowe, Carl Sizemore, Joey Mays, Jason Mays, and Jeremy Mays. A graveside service will be held 1 p.m. Sunday April 18, 2021 at Pine Grove Cemetery Ironton, Ohio by Pastor David Shug.
