Judy Hicks, 55, of Knoxville, TN, passed away om Sunday, May 23, 2021 at Hampton Inn, Huntington, WV. She was born on October 25, 1965 in Huntington, WV. She was preceded in death her mother Frances Ellis and son Brian Hicks. She was an LPN. She is survived by her father Larry Adkins Sr; daughter Ashley Hicks; one son Kenny Hicks; five grandchildren; two brothers Larry Adkins Jr. and Justice Adkins; one sister Mary Ann Adkins; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be held at 2 PM Thursday, May 27, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow the service at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH.
