ANGELA MARIE LEFFINGWELL, 50, of Proctorville, left for her heavenly home on Monday, May 24th, 2021. She was born in Huntington, West Virginia, on November 5th, 1970. She leaves behind, her loving daughter, and best friend, Kera Walaszczyk; her mother, Wanda Leffingwell; sister, Pam Legg (Darrell) of Proctorville, OH; Brothers, Jerry (April) Leffingwell of Cattlesburg, KY; and Alan Leffingwell of Cherryville, NC. She was a loving aunt to Jessica Sias, Joshua Legg, Alyssa Semeraro, Haven, Hunter and Kirsten Leffingwell and her great nieces, Caroline, Ava Kate, and Harper Sias. She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Lee Leffingwell. She also leaves behind 2 special friends, Jack and Tink. She graduated from the Collins Career Center as a Licensed Practical Nurse and from Rio Grande University as a Registered Nurse. During her 20-year career as a nurse she worked at both Cabell Huntington and St. Mary’s Hospital and several nursing homes in the tri-state area. She was the Director of Nursing at Crystal Care Center in Portsmouth, at the time of her passing. She was widely respected and loved by her fellow nurses and numerous patients. She was kind and loving to all she met and will be greatly missed. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at 1:00 PM at HALL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, Proctorville, OH. Burial will follow at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, OH. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the services at the funeral home.
