Danny Ray Ellis, 71, of Proctorville, Ohio passed away Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at home. He was born April 15, 1950, in Huntington, WV son of the late Harry and Stella Workman Ellis. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister Loretta Rulen. He retired from Columbia Gas Company. He is survived by his wife, Barbara Ellis; three daughters, Andrea Ellis, Samantha Napier and Kristina Cremeans; nine grandchildren; two sisters, Daisy Edwards and Lola Henson; and several nieces and nephews. A graveside service will be held 12 noon Saturday, June 19, 2021, at Rome Cemetery, Proctorville, Ohio with Pastor Jeff Garrett officiating with burial following the service.
