He was born on October 29, 1950, in Huntington, WV. He was preceded in death by his parents Charles and Lois Christian Meade; and one brother Richard Meade. He is survived by his wife Rhonda Young Meade; one daughter Christina Meade of Huntington, WV; one son Charles (Liz) Meade of Huntington, WV; niece Rebecca Rose (Carl) White; and nephew Richard (Laura Beth) Meade. There will be no services held. Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH, is assisting the family with arrangements. Condolences may be expressed to the family at ehallfuneralhome.com.
