She was born on October 6, 1959, in Marlette, Michigan. She was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Ica “Angel” Williams; sister Claudia Johnson; and brother David Wayne. She is survived by her daughter Keishia (Justin) Howe; sons Joe Adkins and Larry Green; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; and sister Michelle Boyers. A gathering of family and friends will be held 3 to 5 p.m. Monday July 26, 2021 at Hall Funeral Home and Crematory, Proctorville, OH.
