 Carolyn Joan Webb, 79, of Huntington, WV, passed away Monday, September 25, 2023 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Graveside services will be conducted at 12 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2023 at White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville, by Pastor Jeff Black. She was born April 14, 1944, in Huntington, a daughter of the late William D. and Hester Mae Robertson Howard. She was preceded in death by one brother, Dallas Darrell Howard. She is survived by her husband, Charles Allen Webb; two daughters, Melissa Ramey (Scott) of Proctorville and Lisa Ray (Terry) of Huntington; son Michael Nicely (Gidget) of Chillicothe, Ohio; one sister, Donna Armstrong of Texas; one brother, Roger Howard of Florida; three grandchildren, Damian Ramey, Carissa Ramey and Ethan Ray; and one great-granddaughter, Adrianah Ramey; and many beloved nieces and nephews. She was one of my favorite patients. Always had a smile for me and others. She gained her wings and hurts no more.I will miss her.
