Ella Mae Horn, 76, of Milton, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 27, 2023. She was born June 3, 1947 in Logan, W.Va., a daughter of the late, Clyde and Elizabeth Robertson Vance. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Everette Horn; one sister, Patricia Bragg; one brother, Clyde “Buddy” Vance and by a son-in-law, Rick Gilkerson. Ella was a homemaker and loved to travel. She loved going camping and fishing and enjoyed doing crafts. She is survived by four daugters, Beth Ann Maynard (William), Angela Bragg Deel (Timmy), Barbara Vincell and Selena Vincell (Doug Tuten); one son, Teddy Bragg; one sister, Susie Smith and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Friday, September 29, 2023 at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton with Minister Danny Evans officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
