 Charlotte Sue Adkins, 81 of Milton, passed away Wednesday, September 27, 2023. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Monday, October 2, 2023 at Wallace Funeral Home and Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Ridgelawn Memorial Park. She was born February 23, 1942 in Barboursville, a daughter of the late Robert Leslie and Dorothy Zuma Staten Wentz. She was preceded in death by her husband, Norman Adkins and a step-son, Jerel Adkins. She is survived by her daughter, Cathy Mullins of Milton; her son and daughter-in-law, Kevin and Azareen Mullins of Charleston, WV; and three grandchildren, Joshua McClellan, Tristan Mullins and Liam Mullins. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral service at Wallace Funeral Home. The family would like to thank Visiting Angels for their loving care. I worked with Charlotte, I sold her the townhouse where she lived! We tried to get her back to Barboursville but ran out of time! She was quite a lady! Always attractive! Rest in peace!
