 Mark Anthony Childers, 55, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, April 27, 2024 at the Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Rev. John Gue. Burial will be in Baylous Cemetery. He was born July 10, 1968, in West Hamlin, a son of Fern Ross Childers of Salt Rock and the late James D. Childers. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by one niece Sarah Nicole Faulkner. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife Lori Stamper Childers; one son Chasten βChaseβ Childers of Huntington; two sisters Charlotte Lynn Childers of Huntington and Katrina Childers Miller of Barboursville; one brother David Childers (Shannon) of Salt Rock; several nieces and nephews; special friends Rodney and Kara King; and two special fur babies Max and Ozzy. Mark was a proud owner of a 1970 Bronco and was a Bronco enthusiast. He loved racing go carts with his son and brother. Visitation will be from 12 to 2 p.m. Tuesday, April 30, 2024 at the Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville. Online condolences may be expressed to the family at www.timeformemory.com/wallace.

So very sorry for the families loss. Mark was a great guy and cousin..he will be missed by so many. Wish I could be there but I have my follow up Dr appointment on Tuesday in Lexington, Kentucky. Please know that I love each and everyone of you. Love and Prayers for comfort.πππ
