Dessie Easter Harbour, 99, of Salt Rock, WV, passed away May 10, 2025. She was born March 31, 1926, in Vulcan, WV, daughter of the late Nelson and Lavenia “Vain” Mounts Ferrell. She was also preceded in death by her husband Curtis “Bill” Harbour Jr. She is survived by four daughters Pam Bush (Barry) of Silverhill, AL, Mimi Jobe (James) of Salt Rock, Billie Rose Brown of Salt Rock, and Debbie Jobe (Jerry) of Salt Rock; eight grandchildren; fourteen great grandchildren; five great-great grandchildren. Special thanks to her caregivers Rachel and Abby Hammond, Bailey Pullen, Hannah Manchester, Kaitlynn Ely, and the late Mary Beckett for their loving care. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor James Jobe. Burial will be in Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, WV.
