Brenda Sue Turley, 62, of Hamlin, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, August 2, 2025. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 6, 2025 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor John Gue. Burial will be in Ross Cemetery, Salt Rock. She was born March 13, 1963, in West Hamlin, a daughter of Virginia Vanover Poe of West Hamlin and the late Norman Poe. In addition to her father, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Glenville David Turley and her brother, David Poe. In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters, Regina Woodrum (Craig) of Huntington and Lisa Marcum (Jake) of Huntington; three sisters, Kathy Midkiff of Huntington, Deborah Moore of West Hamlin, and Carolyn Edwards of Hamlin; and six grandchildren, Matthew, Owen, Gracie, Karlee, Adelyn and Gunnar. The family would like to thank Lincoln Health Care Center, Cabell Huntington Hospital Oncology, and Emogene Dolin Jones Hospice House for their kindness and care.
