James Ralph Chapman, 80, of Milton, passed away October 2, 2025. Graveside services will be conducted at 4:30 p.m. Tuesday, October 7, 2025 at Bias Chapel Cemetery by Pastor Mark Hesson. He was born May 18, 1945 in Huntington, a son of the late Lewis and Nora Clagg Chapman. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Jefferson Chapman and his daughter, Jamie Chapman.
