 Charles Vinson Dailey, 98, of Milton, passed away October 7, 2025. He was born September 3, 1927, in Huntington, WV, son of the late William Boyd Dailey and Anna M. Blake Dailey. He was a veteran of the United States Army having served during World War II. He was also preceded in death by his wife Joan Malloy Dailey, his daughter Kellie Dawn (Dailey) Spencer, his sister Jean McNeace, and special nephew James Gregory Blair. He is survived by his daughter, Tawnya Denae Dailey; and several nieces and nephews, and many friends of the family. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, October 11, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Larry Woody. Burial will be in White Chapel Memorial Gardens, Barboursville. Tanya so sorry to read about Charlie's passing. Now he can be with Jo. We are not in town to come to visitation, but know how very much we cared for both your parents as well as you.

So sorry about Charlie's passing. We spent many good times fishing and hunting at Dale Hollow Lake. Rest well old friend.
