Robert Joseph Herman “Plumber Bob”, 63, of Barboursville, WV, went home to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on October 9, 2025. Born in Lorain, Ohio on August 17, 1962 to the late Robert Allen Herman and Norma Jean Herman. He is preceded also by his brother Thomas Edgar Herman who he missed terribly.
He is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Victoria Lynn Herman; as well as four children, Johnny Allen Herman, 35 of Wayne, Brittany LeAnn Herman, 34, of Huntington (William Cook), Chastidy Reneé Vaughn, 33, of Barboursville (Freddy Vaughn), and Robert James Herman, 43, of Springfield, Ohio; six grandchildren; and numerous friends.
He owned River Cities Plumbing for 20 years and finished out his plumbing career at Roto Rooter.
The family would like to thank everyone for the love and support, especially Mrs. Donna McCallister who continuously showed up to Bob’s bedside to offer love and endless prayer. We are so grateful.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. Monday, October 13, 2025 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville by Pastor Chris Fulks. Burial will be in McCallister Family Cemetery.
