Phyllis Normajean Riddle, 89, of Culloden, W.Va., went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 14, 2025. She was born January 19, 1936 in War Eagle, W.Va., a daughter of the late William and Minnie Casey Sexton. She is also preceded in death by her husband, Hershiel Morton Pinson; one son, Carl Pinson; one sister, Sherry Quin; and one brother, Dean Sexton. She is survived by one sister, Darlene Rivero; four brothers, Frank Sexton (Peggy), Craig Sexton, David Sexton and Norm Sexton (Wanda); and one granddaughter, Jessie Pinson. A graveside service will be conducted at Noon on Saturday, October 18, 2025 at Maupin Cemetery, Ona. Wallace Funeral Home, Milton is assisting the family with arrangements.
