Roy Monroe Glancy, 76, of Milton, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his family on November 8, 2025. He was born July 24, 1949, in Huntington, WV, son of the late Monroe Glancy and Lizzie Smith Glancy. He was also preceded in death by his wife Judy Faye North Glancy, sister Doris Jean, half sister Eloise Blake, half brother Elmo Glancy, nephew Michael Blake, son-in-law Peter Englin, and two great grandchildren. He is survived by his daughter Heather Englin; four grandchildren Christa Lynn Sowards, Precious Marie Glancy Story, Dale Monroe Glancy, and Rebecca Monten; ten great grandchildren; sisters Dreama, Ann, Devon, Karen, and Kay; and two brothers Buster and James. Celebration of life will be at 3 p.m. Sunday, November 16, 2025, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Keith Watters. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
