Ronford Dale Morrison, 86, of Huntington, WV, passed away Saturday, December 13th, surrounded by love. A proud Air Force veteran, Dale devoted his career to WOWK TV-13, where his integrity and commitment left a lasting mark. He was dedicated to family, work, and bowling, serving as Association Manager until 2023 and building lasting friendships in the community.
He was preceded in death by his parents; siblings Ruth Meadows, Helen Ranson, Faye Campbell, Harold (Sonny) Morrison, Richard Morrison, and Carol Rusmiselle; and infant daughter Elizabeth Ann Morrison. He is survived by his wife Judy; children Amanda Lynn Morrison, Miranda Sue Hedin (Christopher), and Daniel Morrison (Melissa Smith); grandson Connor Matthew Hedin; sisters Rosalie Morse and Dora May Gillispie; his beloved dog Bear; and many extended family and friends.
Services will be held at Wallace Funeral Home, Barboursville, WV, Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 2 p.m., with visitation at 1 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Huntington. Dale’s kindness, humor, and devotion will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
