Patty Jane Ramsey, 86, of Branchland, WV, passed away April 17, 2026. She was born December 2, 1939, in Huntington, WV, daughter of the late Ivan Eugene Templeton and Maxine Adkins Templeton. She was also preceded in death by one son, Jones Lucian Ramsey Jr. "Bug." She is survived by her husband, Jones Lucian Ramsey; one daughter, Lisa Perry (John) of Branchland, WV; two sons, Timmy Ramsey (Rebecca) of Branchland, WV and John Ramsey (Connie) of Chesapeake, OH; one sister, Kathy Wallace of Barboursville, WV; two brothers, Lilburn Elliot "Smokie" Templeton (Alice) of Milton, WV and David Templeton (Sandy) of Milton; and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren, including a very special granddaughter Nicole Jenkins (George) and a special grandson Austin Ramsey. Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville. Burial will be in Ramsey Family Cemetery, Branchland, WV.
