Virginia Varney Holley, 89, of Milton, WV, passed away July 7, 2026. She was born June 10, 1937, in Ashton, WV, the daughter of the late Ruby Cremeans Meadows and raised by her grandparents, the late Charles and Maude Cremeans. She was also preceded in death by her husbands, William “Bill” Varney Jr. and Carl E. Holley. She is survived by one son, Kevin Varney, and one sister, Vivian Frye, as well as many children whom she “adopted” as family through the years; contact may have been lost over time, but they know who they are. Visitation will be at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, followed by funeral services at 1 p.m. at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Greg Lunsford.
