Daniel "Dan" Isaacs, 71, of Barboursville, passed away Wednesday, July 29, 2026 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Funeral services will be conducted at 12 p.m. Monday, August 3, 2026 at the Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Dustin McCune. Burial will be in Woodmere Memorial Park, Huntington. He was born June 29, 1955, in Huntington and at one time was an avid bowler and golfer. He was preceded in death by his parents, Carrie Meadows Isaacs and James Hardin Isaacs; wife, Lou Frazier Isaacs; and grandson, William Robert Isaacs. He is survived by his brother, Jay Isaacs of Huntington, WV; children, Kristy Stowers (Kevin Barker) of Lavalette, WV and Stephen Isaacs (Kelly) of Amherst, NH; grandchildren, Kaileigh Stowers, Kinsley Stowers, Kaden Stowers, Zeke Isaacs and Eli Isaacs; step-daughters, Jamy Frazier Thomas (Rod) of Milton, WV and Jody Frazier of Ona, WV; step-grandchildren, Andy Thomas, Kasey Thomas (Savannah), Katie Foster, Shannon Skaggs (Rachel), and Jacob Johnson; step-great-grandchildren, Olivia Foster, Beckham Foster, Reed Skaggs, Ellie Skaggs, and Beau Skaggs; and several nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to Cabell-Wayne Animal Shelter. Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. Monday prior to the service.
