Debbie Ann Casey, 69, of Milton, WV, passed away on July 30, 2026. She was born on October 30, 1956, to the late Betty Casey. She was preceded in death by Bill Black, her loving companion of 32 years. Also preceding her in death were her siblings, Mary Clark, Richard Casey and Michael “Pete” Casey. She is survived by her daughters, Jenny Carter (Mike), Mary Ann Porter (Junior), and Holli McLemore (Willis); her grandchildren, Brandon Cordle, Kaitlyn Meadows, Haley Carter-Hayes (Tyler), Brent Carter and Landon Marcum; her great-grandchildren, Jaxton Oldaker, Kennedy Meadows, Oliver Quigley and Sadie Hayes; as well as a host of family and friends that she loved dearly.
