Dorothy Jean Spencer, 82, of Charleston, WV, passed away November 3, 2026. She was born January 18, 1944, in Charleston, WV, daughter of the late Alonzo and Blanche Marshall. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Olin James Spencer, sister Delores, brother “Buddy” and grandson Christian James Spencer. She is survived by her children, Kim Marie Marcum, Olin James Spencer II (Katie), Wesley Allan Spencer (Jay Striker), Elizabeth “Libby” Salisbury (Kevin); one sister, Judy Marshall; grandchildren, Sollie James Marcum (Kalar), Clarice, Luke, Maylee, and Tanner; and two great- grandchildren, Angel Rose Marcum, and Nicholas Eion Marcum. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, November 9, 2026, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton. Burial will be in Valley View Memorial Park, Hurricane.
