Charles Ray "Porky" Fraley, 76, of Barboursville, WV, passed away July 21, 2026. Funeral services will be conducted at 4 p.m. Saturday, July 25, 2026, at Wallace Funeral Home & Chapel, Barboursville, by Pastor Donald Childers. Burial will be in Jones Cemetery, East Lynn. He was born July 24, 1949 in Wayne County, a son of the late James and Ella Walker Fraley. He was preceded in death by his sister, Lois Sanford. He is survived by one brother, Alva Fraley of Huntington and nieces and nephews, Bree, Jason, and Scott Streets, Tyler Sanford, and Jeffrey and Chris Fraley.
