Mary Louise Leggett, 103, of Summersville, WV, passed away September 20, 2026. She was born May 30, 1923, in Pullman, WV, daughter of the late Edd Calhoun and Byrda Mae Hall Calhoun. She was also preceded in death by her husband Kline Leggett, two brothers Bill and Frank Calhoun. She is survived by four children John Leggett (Jo Ann), Janet Lowery (Ron), Jarrel “Jerry” Leggett (Valerie), and Joy Phillips (Jack); nine grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren; and 17 great-great-grandchildren. She was the oldest member of Milton Baptist Church where she was a prayer warrior. Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Friday, September 25, 2026, at Wallace Funeral Home, Milton, by Pastor Jim Butcher. Burial will be in Forest Memorial Park, Milton.
