Alberta F Lewis Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1927 - 2005 Alberta F. Lewis at the age of 78 passed away Tuesday, Oct. 25, 2005 at a Boerne care center. She was born on Sept. 11, 1927 in Helmer, Indiana to Albert Wilks and Addie DeWitt Wilks. Alberta worked many years as a receptionist at a doctor office. She is survived by a daughter Julie Clemens of Kerrville, Texas and many of family members and friends who love her will miss her. Interment at a later date.
