Olivia D. Mosel at the age of 77 went to be with her Lord on Tuesday, January 10, 2006 at a local Kerrville, Texas hospital. She was born on April 23, 1928 in Harper, Texas to Felix Maurer and Annie Maaria Heinemann Maurer. Olivia Maurer married William Mosel on January 9, 1950 in Harper, Texas. She was a loving wife and mother her whole life. Olivia worked as a nurses aid at Edgewater care center when her children grew up. She was a member of Notre Dame Catholic Church in Kerrville, Texas.
Olivia is survived by her children David Mosel, Stanley Nosel, Donald Mosel, Larry Mosel and wife Mildred all of Kerrville, Texas and Patrick Mosel and wife Dorothy of Bandera, Texas; a sister Rita Jenscke of Poteet, Texas and many other family members and friends who love her will miss her. She is preceded in death by her parents Felix Maurer and Annie, her husband William who left this world in 2004 and is with her now celebrating their wedding anniversary.
Visitation will be held 10-6pm, Monday, January 16, 2006 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, Texas, the family will be here to greet guest from 4-6pm.
The Holy Rosary will be recited at 6pm, Monday, January 16, 2006 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, Texas with Deacon Domingues.
Christian Burial Mass will be 9:30 am. Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at Notre Dame Catholic Church in Kerrville, Texas with Father Mike Peinemann as the celebrant, Interment will follow at 2:30pm., Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas.
