I miss you more every year, It shouldn't have happened. Dad is with you now too. So all of us kids are just going on living life, missing you both more and more. It's still surreal after all this time, like a bad dream that keeps going, but I'm thankful you're not in pain any longer. Maybe I'll see you again someday. I love you - K

For a year I lived with Karen, her mother and father, her sister and brother (Diane and DAvid) when Karen was only about 5-6 years old. She was a darling child and sounds like she turned out fabulous. I inadvertently came across this posting and knew I had to say something.

My deepest sorry for your Lost of a wonderful Wife, Mother, Sister and Friend. I knew Karen when we went to school together in Sweetwater,Texas and she was a true friend always. She knew how to be there for everyone and light up a room when she walked in. I lost touch from her for many years. And when I heard about what had happen I knew I had lost a real friend. She use to call my Mom her Mom all the time cause she was always at my house or I at hers. My prayers are with Her Husband and Children, and other family members. Karen will be missed, but our memories of a wonderful and Great person will go on in our hearts.
