Billye Peal Harshbarger Click for Condolences      Printable Version 1921 - 2006 Billye Harshbarger at the age of 85 passed away Monday, May 1, 2006 at a local care center in Kerrville, Texas. She was born on March 26, 1921 in Texas to Elmer Peal and Olivia Glosson Peal. Billye married Charles Harshbarger. She was a interior dec. for many years. Billye married Charles Harshbarger on Oct. 20, 1992 in Scottsdal, Az. She is preceded in death by her parents Elmer & Olivia Peal and a step son. Billye is survived by her husband of 13 years Charles Harshbarger of Kerrville, Texas; four daughters, two sisters Iris Woods of San Antonio, Texas and Pat Pound of Austin, Texas and many other family members and friends will miss her. No services.
