Danny Carl Lyle at the age of 59 passed away on Friday, June 9, 2006 at his home in Ingram, Texas. He was born on Oct. 8, 1946 in Rural, Tennessee to James Carlos Lyle and Laura Doris Schmittou Lyle. Danny married Mary Wymore on Feb. 17, 1965 in New Mexico. He was a musicain and the lead singer in three different bands "Country Five", "King Brothers" and "Country Fever". Danny also played back up in bands for Elivis, Travis Tritt, Willie Nelson and many others. Danny also wrote songs as will as singing and playing. He was able to play any instrument that he wanted.
He is preceded in death by his parents James & Laura Lyle. The family would like to thank everyone at Vista Care Hospic for their love and care at a time that was needed.
Danny is survived by his wife of 41 years Mary Lyle of Ingram, Texas; sons James and wife Terry Lyly, James is in Bagdad and Terry is from Kerrville, Texas; son Danny Jr. and wife Tracy Lyle of New Mexico; daughter Sabrina Lyle of Kentucky; two brothers Jimmy Lyly and J.R. Lyle and wife Rita bother of Tennessee; one sister Laqura Bolt of Tennessee; 11 granchchildren; close personal friends Sonny & Bonnie Eastman of Odessa, Texas and Kenny Follis of Big Springs, Texas and many other family members and friends will miss him.
Visitation will be held 10am - 8pm, Tuesday, June 13, 2006 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, Texas the family will greet guest from 6pm - 8pm.
Funeral services will be held 1pm, Wednesday, June 14, 2006 at Wright's Funeral Parlor in Kerrville, Texas with Chaplian Jack Cook officating the services, Interment will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in Kerrville, Texas.
